Q: How long does it take to provision web hosting?
A: Setup is automatic after your order is paid for and completed.


Q: How much bandwidth is included with each web hosting package?
A: This is unlimited, don't worry if you exceed 500TB bandwidth, you won't hear from us!


Q: Is a free web hosting package also unlimited bandwidth?
A: Yes, no difference between free and purchased packages.


Q: Can I send mass emails from web hosting?
A: Yes, you can. If you need help to setup emails then please take a look at our blog.


Q: I will like to upgrade my current package, can I do it?
A: Login your account, then visit hosting to choose an upgrade. You will not be able to choose a lower or same hosting package.


Q: Can I host files on my FTP account?
A: Yes, we allow using FTP as you need, not only for backup files or edit files on web hosting.


Q: My web hosting license expired but I am not able to renew it, can you help in that case?
A: Contact us and we will give you a month of free use so you have time to pay, after a free period if the license is not extended we are sorry but your files will be deleted from our servers.


Q: Is a free package really free or does it have hidden costs?
A: No hidden costs, just lower disk space 250 MB after login to the panel you will see option how easy can double disk space to 500 MB which will be perfect for hosting simple websites without databases.


Q: I am using a free package, can my account be suspended?
A: If your account doesn't break our TOS will not be suspended. Websites can be deleted after 30 days of not using the account, which means the account is inactive and we will free the space for another customer. A few days before deleting your websites we will send you an email warning you requesting you to log in to your account.


DEDICATED SERVERS FAQ


Q: How long will it take to set up my server?
A: Depends on your needs, max setup time is 5 working days, and average 2 days.


Q: How many websites can I host on a dedicated server?
A: As many as you want - there are no limits on the number of websites you can host on a dedicated server.


Q: Do I need an IP number for every website I host?
A: One IP number can be used to host an unlimited number of websites.


Q: What happens if the server hardware fails?
A: MAXKO is responsible for the hardware so if a fault ever develops, we will repair or replace the server free of charge.


Q: What if I mess up the operating system?
A: Send us a ticket and we will reinstall the operating system for 25 EUR.


Q: Can I upgrade the server?
A: Yes, you can upgrade your dedicated server hardware at any time.


Q: How much bandwidth is included with each dedicated server?
A: This is unlimited, don't worry if you exceed 500TB bandwidth, you won't hear from us!


Q: What software can I install?
A: Anything you want to, as long as it is not illegal.


Q: What is the minimum contract period?
A: All dedicated servers are provided on a monthly contract so you have maximum flexibility.


GENERAL FAQ


Q: I paid with WESTERN UNION how long do I need to wait for the payment to process?
A: Normally payment is processed within 24 hours if it is not a working day it can take up to 72 hours.


Q: Do I need to have any service with you to join your affiliate program?
A: No you can join our affiliate program without hosting with us.


Q: How much can I earn with your affiliate program?
A: Affiliates earn by selling to new customers and not by renewing current customers. A simple example, you sold server what cost 250€ after reducing payment fee (let's take PayPal 3%) 7.50€ your profit is 8%. Lets calculate your profit: 250 - 7.50 = 242.50 - 8% = 19.40€ is your profit.


Q: What is minimum without limit for affiliate and how much cost without?
A: Minimum affiliate without limit is 5€. Without it doesn't cost anything but maybe the chosen payment option will take a received fee.
